Megan Fox And Brian Austin Green Could Renew Wedding Vows

Almost one year to the day after tying the knot in Hawaii, is Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green back in the tropical paradise. And while they are here to work (Fox was honored Wednesday night for his work on the documentary film "Na Nai'a: Legend of the Dolphin"), Fox admitted that they could renew their wedding vows while are there too.
