TMZ reports that Rainford was sentenced to 227 days in jail after pleading "nolo contendere" to the offense of battery.
Rainford was already on probation and the judge threw the book at him for violating his probation. He was arrested last October after the intrusion of worldly goods and go into an altercation with security.
In addition to imprisonment, Rainford was sentenced to three years informal probation and ordered to stay away from hope, once it is released.
Hilton Waits and walk in a building in Van Nuys Superior Court, Rainford Wait tried to enter the back of the neck. It was immediately dominated by a bodyguard and delivered to the police.
After his arrest, Rainford told police he was in love with Hilton and had his father's permission to marry her.
Hilton Waits was on the Van Nuys courthouse to testify in a case against Nathan Parada, who broke into their house last year, swinging a knife.
