Chris Martin Gwyneth Paltrow Hates Pretentious Dinner Party

At a recent party in New York, a group of FFOGs (Gwyneth famous friends) became a dinner to celebrate the actress, singer and blogger first book, "daughter of my father." Lizzie Widdicombe New Yorker scribe was there to mingle with guests such as Jay-Z, Cameron Diaz, Alex Rodriguez and Seinfeld and document exactly how Gwyneth is not exactly like us.

Initially, it should be noted that Paltrow's husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, was not nearly as excited as the other guests to taste his wife's duck sauce. According to The New Yorker write-up, got angry and Martin spokesman warned that "did not want to talk."

It 'a little' strange when hubby does not want to talk to the other party to publicize the project, right?

Luckily, Gwyneth is, everyone else wanted to speak.

Jessica Seinfeld reminded the audience how lucky they are to be invited.

"You are all so lucky to be part of Gwyneth in the world," said Seinfeld guests. "Since this is the real deal. He called all of you good people here. I never did."

Christy Turlington showed that Gwyneth is an ace at the time of killing lobsters.

"It's not boiling-in-the-pot-and-scream thing lobster. This is a different and faster. I could never do, "said Turlington on how Paltrow prepares to boil." You stick a knife in the head, "said Turlington, who suddenly seemed worried. "Oh! It's terrible to say. "

Michael Stipe is happy to cook the breast Gwyneth misstep. "Once, a duck, she was cooking in the fire, and threw it into the pool."

Yet amid all the laughter, the image we stew corner Martin, unhappy to have to make conversation with Martha Stewart and Mario Batali on sofas again.
