PEOPLE announce that Cox has given birth to boy named Daniel Meredith Mohr, who weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz
The proud new parents is reported saying: "We are on the moon, filled with joy and all other new parents are using clichés."
The couple also talked about their new son Meredith said: "It's perfect."
Mohr, 40, and Cox, 32, were married Dec. 29, 2006. The couple met two years earlier when Mohr guest star of TV show Cox 'Las Vegas'.
Mohr also has a son named Jackson, the previous relationship the actress Nicole Chamberlain.
