"He proposed in Paris on top of the Eiffel Tower at sunset," said Radar Xheneti. "The sun was setting, and it was super romantic."
The proposal fell on May 11, Shaffer had bought a 6 carat emerald cut diamond ring with baguettes carats.
The couple plan to marry "in the course of the year."
"There are no surprises for us," says Xheneti radar of the relationship. "I know him, and he knows me."
According to the IMDb page Xheneti, she appeared on shows like "Nip / Tuck," "Medium" and "The OC Shaffer, founding member of Korn nu-metal pillars, enjoyed his ninth studio album last summer.
