The couple announced their separation earlier this year have been "quietly seeing again," a source told Us Weekly.
Timberlake and Biel had not been seen together since the return of Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March.
Despite rumors that both were making friends with other people - JT with everyone from Mila Kunis Olivia Wilde, Bienne with Gerald Butler - says the source nor completely without long-term romance.
"They talked all the time and I decided to give it another shot," the source continued. "Jessica really wanted to go with him and Justin realized that life is not what it is cracked up to be."
