The additional new family, called Agnes Lark Bettany, has made a big arrival at the couple's home in New York, his spokesman told us Weekly.
"Everyone is healthy and well," said Representative Connelly. "The family is excited."
This is the first girl to the family and is the sister of Kai, 13 (whose father is ex Connelly David Dugan) and Stellan, 7
Couple announced they were expecting in December and Connelly proudly showed her belly at first, "Dilemma" in January.
